Self-Love is a concept that should be basically inherent in our psyche, but it is something that is not do-able with some. I have personally interacted with several individuals who were not able to look into the mirror and tell their reflection "I love you". Some simply refuse to do this, dismissing it as irrelevant. One individual tried but broke down in tears, unable to utter these three little but significant words.

The other end of the unhealed Self-Love spectrum is Narcissism. When both ends are healed, the Collective will be able to travel the road ahead with much more ease. Without genuine Self-Love, all other expressions of Love may create issues.
