Although you all already know this, I will still proceed to mention it because it is so imperatively important ~ ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS declare and affirm that only benevolent or Divine/Krystic energies be allowed in your space, your fields and your realm. I have been assuming that anyone involved in doing Lightwork of any kind would already be practising energy clearing/spiritual hygiene regularly, that's why I hardly ever think of mentioning it as it may even sound condescending since it is a basic pre-requisite.
However, I was quite horrified to learn just now that this isn't necessarily so. Hence the reminder. Each one of us will have our own protocol, whatever works best for us.
